RULES & DISCIPLINE

अभिभावक गण से विद्यालय का अनुरोध :

1. यदि कोई भी शिकायत अभिभावकों का शिक्षिकाओं के प्रति है, तो शालीनता के साथ प्रिंसिपल से अपनी बातें रखें।
2. बच्चों द्वारा किये गये शिकायत पहले अच्छी तरह जाँच लें उसके पश्चात विद्यालय परिसर में प्रवेश करें।
3. अपने पड़ोसियों के द्वेष की भावना स्कूल तक न लायें ।
4. प्रधानाध्यापिका से निर्धारित समय पर ही आकर मिलें। प्रधानाध्यापिका से मिलने से पहले अभिभावकों के कारणों का विवरण देना होगा।
5. विद्यालय परिसर में अपनी शक्तियों (Power) पद का इस्तेमाल न करें।
6. पान गुटका या किसी प्रकार के नशीली पदार्थ का सेवन कर विद्यालय परिसर में प्रवेश न करें।
7. हॉप पैन्ट पहनकर विद्यालय में प्रवेश न करें।
8. विद्यालय परिसर में अपशब्द का प्रयोग न करें।
9. स्कूल जाते समय बच्चों को गेट पर ही छोड़े । अन्दर आना मना है।
10. अभिभावकों एवं माता-पिताओं से उम्मीद की जाती है कि वे बच्चों को नियमितता एवं अनुशासन की भावना विकसित करने में विद्यालय प्रबंधन का सहयोग करें एवं बच्चों की प्रति में ईमानदारी पूर्वक हाथ बढ़ाएँ ।
11. बच्चों को प्रतिदिन प्रार्थना करना सिखाया जाय, ताकि वह समझ सके कि ईश्वरीय प्रेम एवं मार्गदर्शन पर आश्रिम हैं । धार्मिकता बचपन से बच्चों की रंगों में विद्यमान हो।
12. सूचनापट, परिपत्र, विशेष सूचनाएँ एवं डायरी अवश्य पढ़े, बच्चों में यह आदत डाली जाए।
13. कृपया ध्यान दें कि आपके बच्चे सुबह एक घंटा एवं शाम को दो घंटे पाठों की तैयारी एवं स्वास्थ्य में वक्त काटें | आपके पूर्ण सहयोग से विद्यालय आपके बच्चे का सर्वांगीण विकास कर सकता है।
14. माता-पिता एवं अभिभावकों से अनुरोध है कि प्रधानाध्यापिका की अनुमति के बिना विद्यालय में बच्चों से न मिलें एवं शिक्षिकाओं का साक्षात्कार न लें।
15. माता-पिता एवं अभिभावक प्रतिदिन बच्चों की डायरी देखें, गृह-कार्य, नोट-पुस्तिका एवं जरूरी सूचनाएँ पढ़े तथा सुनिश्चित करें कि बच्चे का केश कटा, संवारा हुआ हो एवं स्कूली पोशाक साफ हो ।
16. माता-पिता बच्चे को विद्यालय की गतिविधियों से सम्मिलित होने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करें।
18. परीक्षाफल जारी होने वाले दिन शिक्षक अभिभावक बैठक से अवश्य मिलें। वर्ग शिक्षक से न मिलना बच्चे के प्रति गंभीर अपराध है। प्रगति-पत्र देखने के बाद अभिभावक लौटा दें।
19. माता-पिता से अनुरोध है कि स्कूली दिनों में सामाजिक कार्यक्रम, देशाट्न, तीर्थयात्रा वगैरह न करें।
20. अभिभावक स्कूल फीस अविलंब नियत समय पर जमा करें।
21. शिक्षकण यात्राओं की लिखित सूचना अभिभावकों को दी जायेगी। अनाधिकृत वनभोज, यात्रा एवं अन्य कार्यक्रमों की जिम्मेदारी विद्यालय प्रबंधन नहीं है।
22. अवकाश संबंधित अनुरोध माता-पिता स्वयं करें। अवकाश के संबंध में स्पष्टता होनी चाहिए। वहुधा, गैर-जिम्मेदारी की भावना के कारण आपके आवेदन पर शंका उत्पन्न होती है।
23. प्रधानाध्यापिका की अनुमति के बिना विद्यालय में कार्यरत कर्मचारियों को उपहार न दें।
24. अभिभावकगण निजि वाहन से भेजने वाले बच्चों की सुरक्षा की जिम्मेदारी स्वयं होंगे।

संत मेरिस विद्यालय के विद्यार्थियों से अनुशासन संबंधी अपेक्षाएँ :

1. मैं विद्यालय समय पर आऊँगा।
2. मैं विद्यालय स्कूल पोशाक में आऊँगा ।
3. मैं प्रधानाध्यापिका, शिक्षिकावृंद एवं माता-पिता के प्रति आज्ञाकारी बना रहूँगा।
4. घर पर माता-पिता एवं विद्यालय में शिक्षिकाओं की पूर्व आज्ञा के बिना मैं विद्यालय से दिनभर या आधा दिन अनुपस्थित नहीं रहूँगा।
5. मैं परीक्षा के दौरान अनुपस्थित नहीं रहूँगा एवं नैतिक शिक्षा को प्रधानता दूंगा।
6. मैं ईमानदारी से परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण होने की कोशिश करूँगा एवं प्रधानाध्यापिका के निर्णयों का सम्मान करूँगा।
7. मुझे भली-भाँति मालूम है कि यदि मेरी उपस्थिति 80 फीसदी से कम होगी तो मुझे परीक्षा में लिखने नहीं दिया जाएगा।
8. यदि किसी कक्षा में मैं लगातार दो बार असफल देता हूँ तो मुझे विद्यालय से निकाल दिया जाएगा।
9. विद्यालय में मैं प्रधानाध्यापिका की अनुमति के बाद ही माता-पिता अथवा संगे-संबंधियों से मिलूँगा।
10. अनुशासन संबंधी नियमों का पालन विद्यालय परिसर और बाहर भी करूँगा, यदि मैं अनुशासित न पाया जाऊँ और इस संबंध में आदेश जारी किया जाय तो मैं विद्यालय परित्याग करने के लिए सहमत हूँ।
11. मैं कक्षा से समन्वय सहपाठियों के साथ बनाकर रहूँगा एवं स्वाध्याय पर ध्यान केन्द्रित करूँगा।
12. मैं विद्यालय के कार्यक्रमों में एवं शिक्षिकाओं की अनुपस्थिति में उनके सुझाओं का अक्षरशः पालन करूँगा।
13. मैं विद्यालय में स्वर्ण आभूषण धारण कर नहीं आऊँगा एवं मुझे ज्ञात है कि इसके खोने पर किसी प्रकार की जिम्मेदारी विद्यालय प्रबंधन की नहीं होगी।
14. मैं कक्षा एवं विद्यालय में स्वच्छता पर ध्यान दूंगा, विद्यालय के संसाधनों को हिफायत करूँगा एवं मुझसे यदि विद्यालय के संसाधनों की क्षति होती है तो भरपाई करूँगा।

ADMISSION & WITHDRAWLS

1. Students are admitted to STD-!. Applications for this class are ordinarily done three months prior to the commencement of the academic year. The dates announced every year on the school Notice Board and also through various communication media. The academic year begins in the first week of April. Normally casual vacancies in other classes filled in after the commencement of academic year. (If there is any vacancy only.)
2. All Students applying for admission are normally asked to sit for admission test and appear for an interview.
3. After the test or interview, the school authorities make the selection of candidates as per the guidelines given under the title "Clientele" The decision of the school authorities in the matter of selection of candidates will be final.
4. An affidavit stating the date of birth should be submitted at the time of admission.
5. Selection of the candidates will be done other basis of the Candidate's mental abiliy and the educability of the candidate at St. Mary's School.

ATTENDANCE & LEAVE

Every pupil must attend class regularly on all days.

SCHOOL UNIFORM

1. For boys : Peacock Blue Trousers, Brick checked shirt tie, Black shoes and Peacock Blue socks.
2. For girls (I - V std.): Peacock Blue Pinafore, Brick checked shirt, tie, Black shoes and Peacock Blue socks.
(VI std. Onwards): Salwar suit (Brick checked) with over coat (Peacock Blue,) Peacock Blue pants, Black shoes and Peacock Blue socks.

For winter season (I-V): Air force Blue sweater, Air force, Blue muffler, Leggings.
VI Std. onwards - Boys: Coat suits and Muffler (Air force Blue).

3. For girls : Sports Dress (Colour depends on the house the child belongs to) The school uniform is ompulsory on all working days and at special functions pupil must come to the school clean and tidy.

SCHOOL TIMINGS

Summer School time 7.00 am to 12.00 Noon
Winter School time 8.30 am to 1.30 pm

EXAMINATION

1. Pupil absent for Examination without reason will be considered as fail.
2. Pupil absent for any examination will not be allowed for re-examination
3. The Progress report shows the expectation of the pupil it will be given to the parents or guardians after every school examination. The parents or guardians are requested to examine the progress report carefully and see that their children or wards make special efforts to study those subjects in which they lagging behind.

THE CLIENTELE

We are a Catholic School committed to the service of faith in God, and the promotion of Justice for the poor. Therefore, our first concern is towards the children of Aurangabad Who are equipped to meet the minimum academy requirements of this school.

DISMISSAL

Pupils addicted to evil like smokings, Film, misusing of the internet and electronic gadgets whether in the campus or outside will be dismissed

Damage to school property, disfiguring of walls, indecent language of behaviour are punishable offence and will result in dismissal.

Malpractice in examinations /tests is a grave offense and will lead to detention or dismissal.

No groupism is permissible and will be punished with dismissal.

Habitual late coming and irregular attendance are sufficient reason for the dismissal of a student.

When meeting the principal the dignity of the office must be respected necessary arguments, parents troubling the school's day functioning etc. the pupils will be dismissed immediately.

Use of cell phone in the school premises is strictly prohibited. If any student is found to be with the cell phone in the school will be dismissed at once.
