Inspection day of our school

On the day of our inspection, we the management teaching and non-teaching staff gather in our school premises by the grace of God.
Introduction
St. Mary’s school was inspected on 26th August 2020, As part of the regular inspection of all the school. The inspection covered key aspects of the work of the school evaluated students achievements, the effectiveness of the school, The environment for learning, the School processes for self evaluation and capacity for improvement.
Inspectors of the day
Mr. Rajeev Kumar, The Principal of Gyan Bharti Public School Gaya. Mr. Sunil Singh , The Principal of ABR Foundation School Sasaram. And his staff arrived in our school campus at 9 Pm by the car, our non-teaching staff gave them sanitizer and mask to prevent them from the spread of COVID-19.

Our hearts are overwhelmed to welcome the day’s inspectors to our school. Sr. Anasthasi and Sr. Masila welcomed them by giving bouquet of flowers after that we made them to seat in the office and provided them tea and snacks.
Classroom Visits:
The inspectors were started to inspect all the classrooms and observed the teaching method of all the of all the staff and how the teachers were intermeeting with pupils and to review their works. They observed all the classes and appreciated teachers preparation for the lesson taught, the effectiveness of the teaching approaches utilized, the classroom atmosphere and how pupils were managed and organized during learning activities through online classes.
Lab Visit
After observing all the classes the inspectors visited all the science lab. They observed and checked all the instrument and tools which were arranged in the lab.
Library Visit
“ I have always imagined that paradise will be a kind of Library”.
The inspectors were visited our library and checked the library register and asked the librarian to bring some books from the library according to the roll number the library was well arranged with required number of books.
Maths Lab and Computer Lab
The inspectors visited Maths Lab they observed all the materials and instruments. They asked the respected teacher to teach abacus for the students, The teacher explained in a beautiful way .The inspectors appreciated him. Following that they visited computer lab they checked each computers , the computer labs were well arranged.
Sick Room and Music Room
Finally the Inspectors visited the sickroom and observed all the necessary items which were kept in that room. Following that they visited Music room and asked the respected teacher to play a song in the casio, they appreciated her.
Documents
After visiting all the classrooms, all the labs ,they started to examine all the documents. They checked each and everything keenly. All the documents and all the registers were maintained well.
Feedback meeting
The inspectors asked the teaching faculty to gather in the library room. We had feedback meeting with inspectors the meeting held immediately after the completion of the inspection.
The evaluation report
The inspection report was finalized following the completion of that feedback meeting. The report were presented the main findings and recommendation of the evaluation.
